Fastenal Company is a service-based company.In other words; no two days are the same!As an employee, you will be challenged with new and diverse job responsibilities.The primary function of the position is to support the sales team and the store in reaching sales and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inside Sales/Customer Service/Telemarketing
Quoting/Order placement and fulfillment
Inventory management
Receiving and shipping of inventory
Local deliveries with company vehicle
Successful candidates must:
Possess a valid drivers license and have a good driving record
Have a flexible schedule to work 3-5 days/week
Have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
